About the Job

As a Key Account Marketing Specialist at Vets Hired, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement with our key accounts. This position requires a strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the ability to work closely with our sales teams to understand the needs of our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Based Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize engagement with key accounts.
  • Field Sales Enablement: Work closely with our sales teams to understand key account needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
  • Project Deliverables: Develop custom collateral, marketing materials, email and social marketing campaigns, special kitting and sampling projects, presentations, and tradeshow/event coordination.
  • Sales Data and Pipeline Optimization: Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop workflows, communication plans, and data collection strategies to enable better selling, nurturing, and retention activities.
  • Competitor/Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, news, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and optimize current marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or account management/support role in the B2B environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building internal relationships and with key account primary contacts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Experience with tradeshow/event coordination, working with creative teams, and/or other demonstratable marketing skills.
