Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation

  • Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes.

  • Verify identification and age requirements of guests before serving.

  • Adhere to local and state liquor laws and company alcohol service policies.

  • Customer Service

  • Visit guests after food delivery to ensure they have everything they need.

  • Encourage guests to complete surveys upon each visit.

  • Foster a safe work environment by following personal and food safety standards.

  • Operational Efficiency

  • Follow cash handling and payment collection procedures.

  • Balance cash drawers and receipts at the end of a shift.

  • Upsell food items to all guests ordering.
