We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Ambassador to join our team at PeopleReady. As an Associate Ambassador, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, ensuring business continuity, and engaging our pool of candidates and associates to drive field-based activities needed to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends as determined by activities.
  • Use order reports to determine roles and markets for job fairs and generation activities.
  • Accountable for fill rate and revenue targets tied to activities completed.
  • KPIs include candidate volume, onboarding rate, dispatch rate, and revenue generation specific to Ambassador activities.
  • Organize and lead PPE distribution to clients and associates, tracking distribution and usage for cost reduction and budget building.
  • As needed, build and administer associate drug tests events, managing need, setup, and tracking effectiveness.
  • Determine and manage on-site client orientation as required.
  • Subject matter expert for clients and associates on JobStack.
  • Determine and manage onboarding activities to support customers and associates, tracking and planning actions to increase usage.
  • Consistently support company values of integrity and respect through actions and commitment.
  • Drive revenue through consistent customer contact, increasing total share of wallet opportunities within the market geo.
  • Partner with Market Manager, Branch Manager, and Sales Rep to contribute and improve role effectiveness through metric tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Leadership experience with ability to be an independent thinker, with a proven track record of strategic agility.
  • Experience with current technology, including internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on increasing fill rates, recruiting, and customer engagement.
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $45,000 and $68,301 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end of the range reserved for candidates with extensive experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • This position requires local travel within a 100-mile radius market.
