Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybercrime Analyst to join our team at the New York Eastern Probation Office. As a Cybercrime Analyst, you will play a critical role in investigating and analyzing digital evidence to support our law enforcement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of digital evidence, including forensic analysis of computers, mobile devices, and other digital storage devices.
• Analyze digital intelligence to identify patterns and connections between individuals and organizations.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to cyber threats.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices.
• Provide detailed, written reports of investigations and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Computer Forensics or Information Technology.
• Familiarity with forensic software and various digital technologies.
• Knowledge of digital intelligence/forensic platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
