About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing large commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead teams of professionals to ensure project success;
  • Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols;
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including site plans, submittals, and closeouts;
  • Collaborate with trade partners, architects, owners, and inspectors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progression;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a construction site superintendent managing large commercial projects;
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with interpreting site plans and maintaining accurate project documentation;
  • Knowledge of safety standards and ability to maintain project safety;
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience training team members and trade partners;
Benefits and Compensation
  • Annual salary: $95,000 - $120,000, plus bonus potential;
  • 100% employee health coverage, paid by the company;
  • 401K plan with 100% company match up to 3%, and 50% match up to 5%;
