**Job Overview**

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a skilled CT Scanner Specialist to join our team.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly.
  • Administer contrast media when necessary and ensure technical quality of images.
  • Enter and monitor patient data, perform quality assurance on CT equipment, and identify/report accidents or equipment malfunctions.
  • Evaluate patient care and provide safe, personalized experiences.

**Requirements: **

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support and registration as a CT Technologist essential.
  • One year of experience as a CT Technologist or two years as a Radiological Technologist with CT education/experience preferred.
