**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Avon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a rewarding career.

Salary: $25,000 per year, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus

About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, food service, and housekeeping. As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Provide basic care, including feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties.
  4. Support residents with socialization and activities, including games, outings, and entertainment.
  5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Knowledge and experience working with elderly, preferably with dementia experience.
  • Certification required according to state regulations; Must successfully complete the required training.
