Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager of Partnership Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution for Sunoco's Marketing partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and/or partner management, with a proven track record of leadership and taking ownership that produces exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, evaluate, and manage a pipeline of new opportunities to grow marketing partnerships.
  • Develop creative solutions to identify new prospects and build a strong pipeline.
  • Manage strategic relationships with existing partners, including credit card portfolios, grocery partners, financial partners, and loyalty partners.
  • Report results on partner performance to executive management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint presentation development.
  • Experience in retail fuel or CPG industry preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Usual office working conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel up to 10%.
