Gi-jin Host

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Host to join our team at Gi-jin, an elevated raw bar that specializes in sushi, hand-rolls, and gin.

About Us

Gi-jin is part of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group, a collection of upscale dining establishments that includes Meat & Potatoes, Butcher and the Rye, Tako, Tako Torta, Sally Ann's, Fish nor Fowl, Coop de Ville, and Poulet Bleu.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on Friday and Saturday evenings.
• At least one year of experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
• Sushi or Japanese cuisine experience is highly desirable.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy throughout the shift.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move frequently, including bending and stooping.
