Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Expert to join our team at American Senior Communities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with the ability to assess residents' nutritional needs and develop personalized plans of care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' nutritional status and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements
  • A current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration
  • A certification and/or license in the state(s) in which you are practicing
