We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work with students in a school-based setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating students' occupational therapy needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure in Arizona
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
