Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hollywood Premier Healthcare Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients, communicating with patients, clients, and team members, and maintaining documentation of services in the medical record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients based on physician referral/orders.
  • Develop effective treatment plans with functional, goal-based outcomes and ensure approval/orders for services from referring physician.
  • Treat patients according to treatment plan.
  • Record clinical documentation according to accepted regulatory and professional guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Commitment to the company mission to consistently deliver high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity, and to enrich every life we touch.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $50 - $55/hr.
