Route 44 Toyota Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to oversee the service department at Route 44 Toyota. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing others, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Summary:

  • Lead the service team to provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing service orders and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience by identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • Providing exceptional support to customers through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Distributing work among technicians to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to diagnose complex vehicle problems and order necessary parts and tools.
  • Administering warranty claims and providing training to service staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Fostering positive relationships with factory representatives and promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, and ongoing training.
