Sales Territory Growth Manager

As a Sales Territory Growth Manager for Kellanova, you will be responsible for collaborating with retail partners and account teams to drive sales growth in your assigned territory. This role involves working onsite in retail stores within your designated area, Monday through Friday.
We are looking for a fact-based data-driven professional who can take charge of growing their business while becoming the partner of choice for our clients. You will work in a warehouse delivery model, focusing on building relationships and driving results through creative ideas and innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will reside within 45 miles of the center of the territory and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications, is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell, negotiate, and execute business plans by partnering with key decision-makers.
- Leverage business intelligence data, including analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create a selling story that drives business for customers and Kellanova.
- Drive results by delivering on key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining a "perfect shelf" strategy.
A valid driver's license and ability to manage projects from inception to completion without constant supervision are also essential qualifications for this role. Additionally, long periods of walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
BenefitsKellanova offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits also include a monthly stipend for cell phone usage, eligibility for quarterly bonus opportunities, and a choice of fleet program options, including a company car with insurance and a gas card or an auto vehicle reimbursement program.
