About the Position
As an Insurance Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting State Farm's insurance and financial services to individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for forging strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide top-notch service and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized sales and marketing strategies to promote State Farm's insurance and financial services.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT SERVICE TO ENSURE CONTINUED SATISFACTION.
  • DIRECT BUSINESS GROWTH BY GENERATING LEADS, COORDINATING APPOINTMENTS, AND EFFECTIVELY MARKETING TAILORED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO MEET DIVERSE CUSTOMER NEEDS.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
