Job Summary

The Administrative Customer Service role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, communicating and coordinating with them regarding distribution requests, and ensuring timely processing of transactions. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding distribution requests
  • Read, interpret, and apply regulations and legal documents
  • Utilize math skills to run various calculations
  • Ensure timely processing of transactions
  • Become an expert in Trinity's systems, processes, procedures, service standards, and qualified retirement plan distribution options
  • Accurately bill for participant distributions
  • Assist with cross-departmental functions as needed
  • Assist with various operational projects as deemed necessary by management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Dedicated to client retention
  • Able to manage office functions efficiently, organize work, establish priorities, and maintain good interpersonal relations
  • Able to learn, apply, and explain new technical knowledge in a simplified manner
  • An outstanding communicator and possess intermediate computer/software skills
