Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Tech24, a leading provider of commercial kitchen equipment repair services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of warehouse experience and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices is essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, short-term disability plans, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match and immediate vesting.

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage or defects.
• Pick and fill orders from stock, utilizing efficient picking methods to minimize errors and delays.
• Pack and ship orders, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Track shipment arrival and departure times, monitoring inventory levels and adjusting processes as needed.
• Accommodate fragile packages and materials, handling them with care to prevent damage.
• Tag and label parts and supplies accurately, maintaining clear and organized inventory records.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to OSHA standards and company policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Continuous sitting in an office environment, with frequent use of hand and finger dexterity when operating a keyboard.
