Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Assist guests with food and beverage delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Outlet Policies and Procedures: Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in our service.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, ensuring you can make informed recommendations to our guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods, ensuring you can answer any questions our guests may have.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
