About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post Surgical department. As a member of our team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state licensure recognition.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
