This is a full-time, hourly position in our Mineola, Texas location. As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, developing your skills and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle performance issues and provide solutions.">
  • Inspect vehicles and identify necessary maintenance and repair needs.">
  • Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services.">
  • Monitor and maintain proper oil and fluid levels.">
  • Test and inspect components for wear and tear.">
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our automotive service database.">

Requirements

To be successful as an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.">
  • Technical school or trade school completion is preferred.">
  • The ability to read and comprehend work orders.">
  • Strong communication skills.">
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.">
  • The ability to lift tools and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.">
  • The ability to work on feet for extended periods.">
  • Basic computer knowledge.">

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage with pay increases based on performance. Additionally, benefits including health, vision, dental, and life insurance are available after 90 days of employment. Vacation and paid time off will be provided after one year of service.
