Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description:

The Communication Specialist for Student Services will work closely with our team to identify and support students with speech, language, and hearing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized communication plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement effective interventions
  • Provide consultative services to ensure students receive the necessary support
  • Maintain accurate records and data to track student progress
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary Assessment Teams to promote comprehensive understanding

Requirements:

  • M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington State ESA certification as Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist
  • Successful experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with K-12 students, staff, and multicultural community
