Branch Ambassador

This role is a unique blend of customer service and relationship building. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our lobby.

You will greet members entering the branch, direct traffic flow, and assist with basic transactions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively address member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for additional products or services.

Maintaining accurate member account information is crucial in this role. You will ensure that all necessary reports are prepared for management and serve as a liaison between members and various departments.

• Assist with opening and closing accounts, process transactions, and address member problems or complaints
• Cross-sell additional products or services to members
• Maintain accurate member account information on the computer system
• Prepare required reports for management

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. You must also possess basic office equipment skills, including computers, email, spreadsheets, calendars, photocopiers, and scanners.

Customer service experience is a plus, but a strong customer service attitude is essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
