Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic patient care to patients of all ages, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, as well as point-of-care testing, including COVID-19 testing.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)).
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform point-of-care testing.
  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.
