We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CVS Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic patient care to patients of all ages, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, as well as point-of-care testing, including COVID-19 testing.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)).
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform point-of-care testing.
- Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.
