Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing risk management strategies for each customer, ensuring their policy needs are continuously met. They will also maintain a portfolio of existing customers, pursue insurance sales with new clients, and stay up-to-date with changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive risk management plans for each customer to guarantee policy requirements are consistently met
  • Maintain a database of current clients and actively seek new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts
  • Regularly update reports, records, and organizational tools to track progress toward monthly insurance sales targets
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to understand their unique circumstances and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong willingness to learn about the insurance industry, including state and federal regulations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
  • A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred


Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
