Compassionate Nursing Care Specialist

At St. Elizabeth Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the 4NW Cardiac Step-Down Unit at Florence Hospital.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with 36 hours of work per week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care according to established ethical codes and standards of nursing practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed
- Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses
