Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional.

Job Summary:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care and supervision to individuals with autism in a residential home setting. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and life skills. You will also provide daily structure and support to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 20 years old
  • Valid NJ Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license in the state of New Jersey
  • Background Checks: Must pass all background checks, including Central Registry, DMV, Fingerprints, Drug Screen, Physical, and PPD
  • Communication Skills: Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Work Schedule:

Thursday 2pm-11pm, Friday 2pm-11pm, and Saturday 9am-11pm

Total Full-Time Hours: 32 hours per week
