Primary Care Physician

ChenMed is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a key role in providing direct patient care and assessments in our ambulatory healthcare center setting. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care.
Responsibilities
Independently assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems
Performs and documents physical assessments and patient histories, analyzes trends in patient conditions, and develops, documents and implements a patient management plan in response to the data obtained
Plans patient care based on in-depth knowledge of the specific patient population and/or protocol, anticipating and identifying physiological and/or psychological problems commonly encountered
Serves as patient advocate
Requirements
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
Current, active MD licensure in State of employment is required
A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in geriatric, adult or family practice setting, including 1 year of ChenMed PCP experience is preferred
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred, Board Eligibility is required
