Automotive Sales Consultant Role in Northern California

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Hyundai of Vacaville. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers purchase their dream vehicle, whether online, over the phone, or in person. Your primary goal will be to create an unforgettable vehicle-buying experience that fosters loyalty and drives long-term growth for our company.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will interact daily with customers, sales managers, finance managers, and service advisors. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to leads, and effectively transition customers from phone and internet contacts to in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find the perfect vehicle
- Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answer questions, and guide customers throughout the car-buying process
- Transition customers effectively from phone and internet contact to in-store experience
- Use a consultative selling approach to match vehicles with customer needs
- Create a memorable vehicle delivery experience for customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Prospect for new business opportunities through referrals and creative approaches
- Meet and exceed targeted sales goals

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid sales license required for this position
- Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
