About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at AVE by Korman Communities. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the face of our company and will be responsible for setting a great first impression to residents, clients, prospects, and all other visitors to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and Address Resident Needs: Proactively anticipate and address resident needs, and follow up on any questions or concerns as needed.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a superior level of service to ensure resident needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with residents and guests directly through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Responsible for day-to-day operations at the property, including creating key cards, logging packages, check-in and check-out procedures, and more.
  • Develop Positive Relationships: Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, guests, and team members.
Requirements
  • Face-to-Face Customer Service Experience: Must have experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Hospitality Industry Experience: Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are required.
  • Professional Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Detail Orientation: Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills are required.
