Aylo Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Suwanee, GA. As a key member of our medical office, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat new and existing patient medical conditions.
- Conduct follow-up patient care and order lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.
- Prescribe and refer patients for consultations when necessary.
- Administer and order drugs for patients.
- Complete all notes and tasks in patient EMR accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience in Family Practice or Urgent Care.
- Master's in Nursing and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current APRN licensure in Georgia.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration preferred.
