About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team at Keller Ford. As a representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and coordinating sales activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and effectively resolving inquiries.
  • Qualify and convert leads generated from various marketing channels into potential sales opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent and personalized support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that will enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Utilize various CRM systems to manage and update customer data accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes in market conditions to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless business processes.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as sales, customer service, or business development, is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company.
  • Familiarity with marketing techniques and knowledge of industry trends is an advantage.
What We Offer

We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development. The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
