Warehouse Operations Supervisor-Inventory

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all inventory-related activities within our warehouse. This role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and leading a team of inventory staff. This role will also work closely with other departments such as outbound, inbound, and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train inventory staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
- Address and resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management.

- Problem-Solving: Passion for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- People Management: Experience in people management, including knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, and mentoring processes.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English/Chinese or English/Spanish
