Property Manager Leader for Peak Living Communities

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead our community operations, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and community success.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise community associates and ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement customer service and leasing strategies to drive business growth.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Direct marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Prepare lease agreements, determine renewal rates, and recommend rental rate adjustments as needed.
- Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid fees and implement procedures for collecting delinquencies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on community performance, including occupancy, collections, and expenses.
- Organize resident activities, prepare newsletters, and maintain loyalty programs to foster a positive community environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Research competition to ensure market alignment with rental rates, concessions, and security deposits.
- Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits daily.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education, CAM or ARM certification preferred.
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC); Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8).
- Valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English.
About Peak Living:
- Offer competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
