About the Role:

The SMB Sales Manager is a key leadership position at Frontier Communications, responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor a team of SMB Sales Executives to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee talent management, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding of sales team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of Frontier's products and services.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and strong business acumen.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to engage prospective customers and establish credibility.
  • Strong market and industry knowledge, with the ability to recognize changing trends.
  • Excellent objection handling and contract negotiating skills.
  • Ability to oversee talent development programs.
  • Driven to invest in knowledge acquisition and problem-solving.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $153,000.
  • 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year.
  • Day one medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan.
  • 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation.
  • Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage.
