Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor Supervisor to join our team at US Swim School Association. As a Swim Instructor Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing our swim instruction programs, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality instruction and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage swim instruction programs
• Ensure high-quality instruction and care for students
• Build and maintain relationships with staff and families
• Provide support and guidance to staff members
• Contribute to the growth and development of our swim programs

• Experience in swim instruction and program management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
