Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality ambassador to join our team at Inyo Restaurant in Ferndale, MI.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant.
• Handle booking of reservations and seating arrangements with ease.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, restocking condiments as needed.
• Guide diners to their seats, ensuring they have the correct number of menus, utensils, and filled water glasses.
• Acknowledge all customers promptly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.
• Take carryout orders and online orders accurately and efficiently.

• Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with long hours of standing and moving around.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required; strong communication skills essential.
• Excellent people skills, time management, and organizational abilities are necessary for this role.

$12 - $15 per hour.
