Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Development Specialist to join our team at IDEX. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation routings, and processes in the manufacture, fabrication, assembly, and testing of parts, subassemblies, and final products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes using advanced technologies such as CNC machining, automation, and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce and scale new/revised products, ensuring seamless integration from design to production.
  • Design, develop, and test tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
  • Analyze production workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency and output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in CNC machining, process engineering, and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
