As a Mitigation Lead Technician/Crew Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers during challenging times. You will lead by example, ensuring high-quality mitigation and remediation work while motivating your crew to achieve the same standards.

• You will guide and mentor your team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear explanations and updates throughout the restoration process.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively managing projects and resolving customer concerns.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of disaster restoration principles, including water damage mitigation, fire remediation, and mold removal.
• Prepare and equip your crew with the necessary tools and materials for each job assignment.
• Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in our on-call rotation, responding promptly to emergency restoration needs after hours and on weekends.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including scope sheets, drying records, and customer signatures for approval.
• Train and mentor new technicians, sharing your expertise and ensuring their professional development.
• Prioritize safety protocols on all job sites, adhering to industry best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in disaster restoration and mitigation techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
