Associate Optometrist

At EssilorLuxottica, we strive to deliver exceptional eye care and customer experiences. As an Associate Optometrist, you will play a key role in leading our team and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the MOD and store team to drive executional excellence and achieve winning results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed KPIs and promote the brand as the leading optical provider in the community.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by addressing their visual lifestyle needs, making eyewear recommendations, and communicating effectively about their eye health and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough eye exams, diagnose accurately, and provide recommendations for treatment.
  • Lead by example, maintain a positive doctor-patient relationship, and utilize technology to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
  • Ensure office systems are maintained, and staff is trained and guided effectively.
  • Maintain State Licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry degree.
  • Commitment to quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
