The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $30-$53, with opportunities to earn up to 25% higher than average. You will also have access to various benefits, including healthcare, vision, and dental coverage for you and your eligible family members, as well as employer-paid malpractice insurance, workers' compensation, and tax withholding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver post-acute care as an LPN
  • Monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and track their vital signs
  • Perform intakes of residents and document their health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Administer medications and verify their administration
  • Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • Degree from an approved LPN training program
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
