Host - Xperience XRG Job DescriptionAbout the Role

As a Host at Xperience XRG, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their dining experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our restaurant, where hospitality meets innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests immediately upon arrival, inform them that their table is ready, and invite them to the table.
  • Table Management: Utilize all tables on a rotation to achieve the highest turnaround of guests, maintain a smooth flow of the restaurant, and keep the host stand well-organized and stocked.
  • Communication: Answer calls promptly and politely, respond to guest concerns/complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Opentable, proper lifting techniques, guest relations, sanitation and safety, and safe alcohol service.
