Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare high-quality food products for our deli and catering services.
  • Create unique dishes using seasonal ingredients and follow recipe specifications.
  • Merchandise prepared foods in cases, hot tables, and other food stations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work closely with the Deli Manager to meet financial goals.
  • Manage inventory and control shrink.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel with proven catering experience.
  • Serv-Safe certification is a plus.
  • Passion for food and fresh ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
