Shaw's seeks a Pastry Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery staff, you will be responsible for preparing batters, dough, fillings, and icings according to specifications. This role involves measuring ingredients, mixing and cooking items in steam kettles or mixing-machine bowls, as well as cutting and shaping dough to prepare it for baking.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products are prepared to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Measure and mix ingredients to prepare batters, dough, fillings, and icings.
  2. Use steam kettles or mixing-machine bowls to cook ingredients according to specifications.
  3. Cut and shape dough to prepare it for baking.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
