Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Autism Therapist to join our team at Applied Behavioral Approaches. As an Early Childhood Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other professionals. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday during normal business hours. The successful candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws. A valid Georgia Driver's License and reliable transportation are also required.

As an Early Childhood Autism Therapist, you will work in various settings, including clinics, preschools, and community-based environments. You will implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect and record data, and provide regular progress updates to parents and caregivers.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma and completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training program within 60 days of hire.
  • Passion for working with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development in ABA and clinical skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
