We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Terrible Herbst. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate POS transactions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Ensure accurate POS transactions, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a positive and productive store environment.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:
  • Standing for long periods of time, with frequent walking and moving around the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and distractions.
