We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our MedSurge unit, working night shifts. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality treatment.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with patients and their families, promoting a supportive environment that prioritizes their needs and well-being.
  • As a clinical nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and effective patient-centered care, incorporating the principles of Relationship Centered Care.
  • Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess and evaluate patient care needs, applying critical thinking skills to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement quality improvement projects, evidence-based practice activities, and nursing research studies.

Required Qualifications:**

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse in New York State.
  • Relevant clinical competence in the area of nursing practice assigned.
