Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews to obtain demographic, financial, and biographical information
- Register inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients
- Collect patient co-pays and estimated costs of service
- Provide patient education and financial clearance assistance
- Current CNA, EMT, or Paramedic certification or completion of Parkview's Patient Care Foundations course
- 2 years' experience in a healthcare-related field or equivalent training
- Current CPR certification at the Healthcare Provider level
- 1 year minimum experience working in emergency services or patient care settings
