We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a leading provider of comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing effective interventions to promote functional independence. With a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, the ideal candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collects and records patient care data, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
- Develops and implements treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provides education and training to patients and their support systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
