Guest Experience Ambassador

About the Role:

This position is key to ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at McDonald's. As Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest concerns, and promoting our services and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring their satisfaction

• Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing a positive outcome

• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming restaurant environment

• Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of our mobile app and ordering features
