Job Description

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at CB&A, Realtors.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
  • Host open houses and other marketing events to showcase our listings and attract new clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by ambition.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required.
